Field Service Engineer Boston

Our client develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify, automate and innovate complex biomedical testing.

Territory:

• Boston/Cambridge only
• Must live in region
• Requires extended travel on short notice.

Compensation:

• Base $50-60 (entry level)
• $60-65k with 3-5 years exp
• ~$15k total annual uncapped bonus paid monthly for selling Service Contracts
• Bonus paid on team and individual performance.
• Will take a recent engineer grad or experienced FSE

Qualifications/Experience:

• Will take a recent engineer grad or experienced FSE
• Technical degree or military experience in electronics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
  

• Must have excellent English spoken and written 
• Must have a 'salesy’ personality,
  
• Comfortable closing sales for Service Contract business
  

Responsibilities:

• Will perform PM and calibration on Particle characterization instruments.
• Install and maintain instrumentation and systems in a life science laboratory environment.
• Handle and/or participate on a team that resolves customers' problems and issues.
• Meeting service revenue sales targets and ensure strong contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate.
  

Requirements

• Must have Green Card or be a US citizen
• Must possess and maintain a current Passport
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle driving record.
