RSM Central Region
This is a Player/Coach role. You will manage and lead a team of sales reps and develop a few Key Accounts. Product mix includes cutting edge extraction and genotyping reagents for DNA sample prep.

- Base DOE: ~$100k base+45% of base, comp,
Responsibilities:
- Identify and progress potential OEM partners for current products to drive medium and long term revenues.
- Formulating commercial agreements with B2B clients; ensuring approvals in line with company policy, licensing and legal requirements.
- Work with global clients on development initiatives to integrate commercial products.
- Identify appropriate “go to market” strategies and partners to address emerging applied markets such as veterinary diagnostics and food testing markets.
- Work closely with global marketing leadership.
- Present Company and Genomics capabilities to potential 3rd party B2B partners.
- Provide input to technology and IP landscape and provide direction in strategic planning & New Product Development
- Work closely with Technical services and Development Technology leaders to ensure technical resources are focused on developments to support B2B initiatives
- Identify B2B opportunities across the company that can be leveraged to contribute to company growth.
Education and Experience:
- Must be a graduate in science.
- 1- 2 years sales management (people not just a territory)
- Must have experience in evaluating and implementing transactions within the Genomics sector.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years high levels commercial experience and a proven performance track record.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiating skills essential
- Must have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Experience of working in a fast moving dynamic organization
Requirements
- Must have Green Card or be a US citizen
- Must possess and maintain a current Passport
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle driving record.
