Client Services
Your Life Science Recruiters develops long term relationships with our clients. We listen carefully to your needs. Understanding your core values and culture enables us to be specific when we conduct our search so that we find the perfect fit for your organization.
Using a search firm is economical and efficient. We save you time and money so you can concentrate on revenue generating activities. Neither the management team nor your HR department need read through dozens of resumes from job postings. The customer service we provide throughout the entire recruitment process, more than justifies the recruitment fee.
By conducting a Needs Assessment we are able to tailor the search process specifically for you. We learn your philosophy, discuss the actual job description, location, compensation and of vital importance, the attractiveness of this position to a potential candidate.
We will learn your definition of an ideal candidate, including their education, experience, what skills they must possess, what business and social style is required, what compelling factors are key to the role you seek to fill. If there are any disqualifying characteristics, we must discuss those too.
Our commitment to you is that all candidates will be well screened and truly interested in your position. We will have asked them permission to send their resumes to you. They will know who you are. We will ask if they have ever applied with your company in the past or been presented by another agency. We will ask them that if an offer is presented that they will accept it. We will keep in touch with you as to our progress in the search.
The Search Process
Once we have determined the search criteria and you have signed a contract with us, we can begin. We will discuss your urgency to make a hire and how that time frame can be adjusted to accommodate you. Some searches can be completed in as little as three or four weeks, but frequently due to interviewing schedules the time frame can be several months.
We use several methods of sourcing but over 80% of our candidates are direct sourced or come from referrals. Although we welcome all resumes the bulk of our placements are from currently employed focused candidates who choose to keep their options open.
