Is a leader in high-definition spatial proteomics, revolutionizing tissue imaging and analysis to accelerate medical discovery. They seek a Sales Director to strategically drive sales of capital equipment, software and reagents in N.CA and PNW region.
Territory:
- Based in Seattle, Portland or San Francisco.
- Covering: N.CA and PNW region.
- Travel 50% depending on necessity and when allowable
- Targeting the academic, pharma and biotech institutions in the region
Compensation:
- Base salary $100-140k DOE (may be some flexibility)
- +$100,000 variable comp at plan.
- Uncapped commissions are paid quarterly
- Mileage at government rate or a car allowance is available
- Full benefits including a matching 401k, unlimited vacation plus 7 Stat holidays

Education:
- BS, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field
- Advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Western region, work strategically
- Drive business in in tissue imaging workflow labs specializing in infectious disease, oncology and immunology.
- Present to C suite level management value propositions.
- Create a pipeline of business by identifying and qualifying stakeholders
- Possess high-level cross-company and partner engagement skills and a strong sense of purpose direction and leadership.
- The Business Director must have excellent English speaking and writing skills, computer fluency with Microsoft, SalesForce etc.
Experience:
- Job stability, relationship builder, able to keep long sales cycles moving to close.
- Proven success developing multimillion dollar regions.
- 10 years plus of sales experience with over achievement of sales quotas selling large capital equipment systems, software or services.
- Success at selling imaging technologies is ideal.
- Experience selling systems valued at over $250k.
- Significant knowledge and understanding of business strategy and goal setting.
Standard Requirements:
- Must have Green Card or be a US citizen
- Must possess and maintain a current Passport
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle driving record.
