- Is a leading global source of laboratory and industrial fluid handling products, instrumentation, equipment, and supplies. They are proven experts in the fields of temperature measurement and control, electrochemistry, and fluid handling. This territory is well managed and open due to an internal promotion.
Position Summary:
- The OEM Field Sales Representative is a strong hunter and closer who consistently surpasses sales quotes. He/she conducts needs assessment, technical sales calls and promotes the company's products to customers in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) space which includes:
- Analytical
- Bio-processing
- Ultra filtration, medical
- Agricultural
- Food processing commercial, and industrial.
- This role communicates effectively with engineers and commercial leaders, as well as with other members of the corporate Sales Team, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations departments, regarding segment and client issues.
Territory:
- Based in ANY MAJOR CITY IN THE REGION but Philly is the preferred city
- Expect 50% overnight travel
- The territory is well managed, open due to an internal promotion.
- This position has not been approved for Relocation Assistance.
Compensation:
- Base $80-90k, (Flexibility)
- Commissions start @ 90% of plan
- $30K @ plan
- Multipliers for >100% of plan
- Commission paid quarterly, uncapped
- Top reps making ~$150K
- Full Benefits
- Mileage reimbursement as per government standard
Experience:
- 4-5 years of proven experience and sales achievement; AND/OR OEM experience with capital or consumables acceptable, OR fluid handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work remotely from home and live within the assigned territory.
Education:
- B.S. Science, Business, or related field of study.

- Proven negotiation and closing techniques, ability to manage long term sales cycles with customers.

- Strong technical skills: ability to present technical concepts and provide customers with hands-on technique using or products.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and other computer based systems, including Salesforce.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressures, within deadlines or other time essential constraints.
Requirements:
- Must have Green Card or be a US citizen
- Must possess and maintain a current Passport
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good motor vehicle driving record.
